I brought my 11 year old daughter to see Dr Deithloff yesterday and think she is amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough and made my daughter feel seen and heard. All the staff we interacted with were great.
Dr. D arrogant and condescending. I didn’t realize she wasn’t a surgeon when she told me that my toe needed surgery , I just assumed she was a surgeon since she spoke to me describing how she would do my surgery. My injury was a break in the fifth metatarsal. She also mentioned that my break was severe and I feel that she should have referred me to a surgeon and educated me in this area informing me that she was just a podiatrist and this was too involved for her. Knowledgeable staff and doctors, very thorough and pleasant experience overall.
Everyone was very nice. However, I went in with moderate foot pain and left with severe foot pain and can barely walk after a failed office procedure. My problem wasn't resolved and was made much worse. I'll be seeking care in Albuquerque.
I visited the facility today and I loved it. The staff was so pleasant and the Dr. Roth Ue was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Rio Grande Foot and Ankle.
