The higher reviews must be fake because there is no way. This was the only provider in the area so obviously they’re complacent giving horrible service because they don’t have to compete. The fact they can choose to take up to seven days to turn your power on when they’re located in south Texas in this heat is criminal truly. They can’t even give an estimate of any type of WHEN they’ll turn the power on. This is the only company I’ve ever worked with in my entire life that doesn’t give any type of date/time frame for service... read more
