The higher reviews must be fake because there is no way. This was the only provider in the area so obviously they’re complacent giving horrible service because they don’t have to compete. The fact they can choose to take up to seven days to turn your power on when they’re located in south Texas in this heat is criminal truly. They can’t even give an estimate of any type of WHEN they’ll turn the power on. Absolutely the worst. Worst customer service, customer relations, follow up and just all around service. We have a house in Eagle Pass that took about a year to get power ran to even after paying over $18K to get the work started. Now that the work has been completed since October of 2022 and being told a refund is owed to us NO ONE can give me a time frame or even an amount of when/how much of a refund will be sent. I call just about twice a week and am always told I will get a call back, surprise no one ever calls back. At... read more
