07/09/2026 Electric out , suffering of heat said it would be on 9:45 pm and still not on . started to rain sweating of heat and humidity..
Rio Grande Electric goes above and beyond in the Dell City area! Their customer service is top notch. Rio Grande Electric Cooperative came out in the rain on a Saturday night (traveling over 12 miles down a sloppy dirt road in the dark) to fix a dog leg on our electric pole - so we would have our electricity restored!! Great service!! THANK YOU for going above and beyond for your customers!!
They always have outages especially every time it snows and windy days bad service.
Power unexpectedly goes out several times every month while we have to wait up to 6-8 hours for the power to be restored. RG Electric doesn’t even bother to give us a clear cause for the outage while also not providing any updates. These people are most likely doing nothing while there’s an outage because many other counties report outages which shouldn’t take forever to fix
