Rio Grande Counseling is a great place to go for mental health. I have been going for about five years now, and I have grown mentally stronger every time I have my hour with Linnae. She is welcoming and understanding of all backgrounds. I recommend Rio Grande counseling for anyone who is seeking help for mental issues.
