3-17-25, traveling from Farmington to Las Cruces the vehicle was stopping on the interstate. Making a decision to stop in T or C. Rio Grande Automotive was suggested. A sensor had gone out and needed to be replaced. The mechanic replaced it for a great price. One hour later the vehicle was ready to go. This a great business with knowledgeable mechanics. We experienced engine stalling issues on the hwy about an hour outside of TC. We called ahead and were told to stop by. We rolled up around 3:45pm. By 5pm the issue had been resolved by Austin and his crew. They considered all possible issues before replacing the alternator. Problem solved! Austin was so great and felt like a friend giving advice.
The entire staff from receptionist to mechanics were great. They did a re-pack of the bearings on my trailer tires and not only did it in a timely manner, but the price was very fair. Austin was professional and a pleasure to work with.
Mechanic is really easy to work with the staff in the front desk are very nice great customer service was very satisfied ☺️
