Front desk staff was not polite. Asked me twice what medications I was taken without even knowing who or what I was making an appointment for. She then said, " We aren't doing any pain medications". If that was their fear, maybe a better line would be: " Yes, we are accepting new patients, however, we are not able to accommodate those with pain medication needs...how can I help you?"
