TRIED FOR 3 HOURS TO CALL FOR APPT. PHONE LINE BUSY ALL THE TIME
Came for a consult and the person I was supposed to consult with wasn’t there. The person who was there had very minimal knowledge and tried to google the answers to my basic questions. He said they would follow up, and they never did. Super unprofessional
Can’t say enough good things about this place! I get IV infusions weekly. I feel so much better after I do! I’ve also done COVID testing with them and it’s so quick and easy! 2 hour PCR tests mean that I can quickly travel or get back to work after travel with peace of mind. Everyone is friendly, efficient and the environment is clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

Rio family functional medicine and staff have truly saved my life. I’m a Covid long hauler and the only thing that has made my life manageable is the IV infusions they offer. If I did have this as an option I would be stuck In bed most days. Rio family FM is essential to my life and well being! Thanks guys for helping me out!
