Went in for a routine check up with Dr. Chapa and he is the best at what he does; he is professional and friendly! Highly recommend seeing him! Overall I’m afraid of going to the dentist, but seeing him calmed my nerves and everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend Rio FamilyDental clinic . I had a procedure done and it was quick and effective. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly, especially the two in the front. I don’t remember the names. I think I heard Abby and Martha very friendly. they were able to reschedule me for my next appointment in a month.
I would like to express my satisfaction with the care I received at Rio Family Dental, where I have been a patient on multiple occasions over the past couple of months. This office should not even get a star at all. This is the worst dentist that I have seen or the service they provided for my husband was horrible. Martha the office manager is a liar she stated that my husband Medicaid was not covering anything after we talked to Medicaid. When I explained everything to her she said I was wrong and she was telling me that medicate was wrong.
