I would never rant at this condominium again. You need to have a 700 credit score and they do that to keep out single mothers or people that they would consider not up to their caliber. if you can get a cosigner they do not like children there. You cannot get a parking pass, which also cost money. unless you are approved, they ask for 5500 down for a security deposit and even if the place is perfect they use any excuse to not give you your full refund. This is the worst condominium I’ve ever lived at. They are very prejudice here. They only want you if you have a 650 credit score. They hassle you constantly.!! They hate children. They only like the people that already live there so if you’re new, you’re screwed. They hate renters. I would run forest run to any other place but here.
This is one of the worst places I have ever lived at!!!!! The board is racist, and they are all a bunch of misogynist pigs that have nothing better to do then pick on you for every little thing. The people who live in the building do not like children. The Property Manager is rude and they make your life a living hell living there unless you are a single white man I would never live here again. they personally attack you and go after you if they don’t like you.
