Nice little course. It was my first time playing there and had a little trouble finding some of the holes, but we figured it out. Green fees with cart was $45 for a 0915 tee time on a Tuesday.

Great place to play or hold golfing events. Great staff that work with you, especially charity events.

I’ve played here about 6 times over the years. I don’t live in the area but I visit fairly often. I enjoy playing at Rio Colorado. It’s a nice layout and it has been in good condition the times I’ve played there. (Except in the middle of a drought about 15 years ago.) The 16th is one of my favorite holes on any golf course that I’ve played. I play on weekdays and the pace of play is excellent. The people in the golf shop are friendly and the food is good. If I lived nearby, I would play it regularly.

Rio Colorado is a solid, playable course that offers a pleasant golfing experience. I wouldn't call it the best or worst course I've ever played - it's simply a decent, enjoyable round of golf. The course is aesthetically pleasing and I really enjoyed watching the wildlife that roams throughout the property during our round. The fairways are nicely maintained and in good condition.
