We used to love this neighborhood!
We love ❤️ it here, but it can get really busy at the river and pool during the summer. Sucks when you have drunk people driving through the neighborhood. We've had someone hit our mailbox, and the other day, some dumb dumb came really close to hitting it, making a right hand turn. Wow!
We love it here!
Its in Tin top, away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Very nice neighborhood. There's a playground and a well kept pool for the kids. Very scenic on the Brazos river with a boat ramp. The people in the neighborhood seem very friendly. I'd love to live there
