Vanessa is just kind..I instantly felt comfortable and in good hands. I have pretty sensitive skin, in the past I have reacted badly to wax (extreme redness, bumps and even bleeding). With this treatment I left feeling smooth, clear skin, no irritation at all, and just overall ecstatic that I actually found a place I can return too! Thank you thank you thank you!
