I was burned by the wax here under my arms. The wax was entirely too hot and she went over the same spot multiple times during my appt. I called today to tell them my experience (less than a month later) and was asked why I called and told them about it this late. Umm 29 days is not late and also I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. And that’s ample time to determine if I was indeed burned or if my skin was just sensitive post wax. Today was my first Brazilian and I was nervous. My tech was very comforting and told me I was about to hate her. And she was right 🤓. It was tough at times but the discomfort didn’t last at all. I will do it again.and I recommend Rio for their professionalism and cleanliness.
