The combination of the overall natural setting next to the Frio and immediate proximity of the accommodations create a great experience. The water sports, dam, and ducks all add to the fun. Since I love to cook, a full kitchen and BBQ pit is very useful and cost effective in executing a creative menu for "camping". Just about any family would love the stay here. Probably one of the top spots in the great state of Texas. Highest recommendation!

A couple of days ago, my friends and I returned from a ladies’ getaway we booked at the Rio Bella Resort on the Rio Frio. We had the best time! Rio Bella is an awesome place to relax. Staff was great. The cabins are perfect for a family of 8. It was my three year old granddaughter's first trip and she is hooked. The river was perfect. We will definitely will be back next year. 2026 We had another great vacation. Everything was awesome!!!
