The office Agent Claudia is very combative and condescending. She loves to play the victim after you call her out and ask her to stop displaying poor customer service such as rolling her eyes, interrupting as your speaking and walking off when she’s done having the conversation with you once you start asking more questions for clarification She doesn’t listen to understand but to just respond with a brush off answer. Turn around, and run. I have a friend that lives here. Currently her roof is leaking, she has no hot water and the ac isn't working. She's been trying to contact them for weeks. They are never at the office, they don't respond and they just don't care. You can see the pattern if you read all the reviews. The owner responds and says to go see the property manager, again read the reviews there's a ton mentioning how impossible this is. Nice place, seems like a great location with good views
Overall the apartment is very spacious and has lots of amenities, only reason I'm moving is because I couldn't afford it anymore unfortunately. A few things to meantion is that if you move in these apartments to avoid building 8 because it has severe foundation issues that owners refuse to fix because it is "too expensive" also I would get your own wifi because the tenants have been left without wifi twice because of nonpayment on the management and as well as failure to renew the contract.
