I do not recommend Rintoul's Pool & Spa. I moved from city living to a house in the country in 2019. I went into Rintoul Pools last fall/2024 to inquire about installing an above ground pool in my back yard. I was advised it couldn't be done until 2026 unless they had a cancellation. I received a call this year in March advising they have a cancellation for 2025 so I set up a meeting to discuss what I wanted and to get a quote for a pool plus installation. Just ok expensive
Rintouls Pool and Spa installed our inground pool in August 2022. It was booked fairly last minute and they were fast to install. They worked great with our landscapers and ensured all our needs were met. Mackenzie went above and beyond and I was impressed by her knowledge, customer service and her follow up.
