Decided to support local for our new hot tub and highly recommend. Hot tub arrived early and was installed before the date we requested. Being a first time owner, they answered all my questions with great detail. We had one issue that wasn't their fault and they rectified it immediately. 6 stars.
We recently purchased a hot tub from Rintoul’s Pools and Spas in Wingham and couldn’t be happier! The customer service was awesome—everyone was so friendly and helpful when we were picking out our tub. The delivery process was smooth, quick, and very professional. Highly recommend Rintoul’s to anyone looking for great products and even better service!
Great service, always ready to help with my problems or questions
Our new home came with an inground salt water pool which was originally installed by Rintouls. As such, we decided to continue with services offered by them. What a mistake. We have had several different encounters, none of which left us with a warm fuzzy feeling, but I’ll showcase the worst (and ongoing) saga in this review. The winter cover for our pool is older and a bit worn. During seasonal opening service in JUNE, Rintouls mentioned they could send the old cover for assessment to see if it could be repaired.
