How anyone would not give Rinse Salon a 5-star rating is beyond me! I've been going to Monica, the owner since before she owned Rinse Salon. She is an expert in her profession. She has colored, cut and styled my hair for years and I am grateful to her for the expertise, consistency, knowledge, kindness, I could go on and on but I'm sure you get my drift. I highly recommend Rinse Salon, the whole staff is outstanding, you can't go wrong.

Wonderful salon experience! Thr aesthetic is beautiful- gorgeous beachy vibes in a wonderful setting. Monica the owner is so talented with hair-I looked amazing with my hair colored and cut. I get so many compliments The receptionist is so welcoming and inviting. Very nice stylists that are so easy going. I love this salon! 5 stars
My stylist moved to Rinse about a year or two ago, and it seemed great at first, but sine then the salon itself slowly went down. Staff showing like they just rolled out of bed. Literally wearing PJs, and not having bathed. Others showing up as if they were going out to a club for a night of drinking. Often the staff would have loud conversations with each other with topics that are inappropriate for a workplace environment with customers in earshot. When it first opened, this place was great. But as time went on it got really weird. The majority if the staff became out of control. Dressing like the rolled out of bed, no shower, in sweatpants and slippers to come to work. Appointments would get double booked and I would be left waiting while the staff bickered about who made the mistake.
