I stopped in for 1 singe car wash. Had no idea I would automatically be given a ***** month membership I didnt ask for nor select. I Have been charged every month for 4 months. Today I was charged 3x for *****. There is no phone number to call and speak with a human being. The number to the location says to press 0 to speak with someone and then states this is an automated number and sends you back to the same options with no way to speak to someone. How is this legal? How is it possible for a company to sign some one up for a membership without them knowing? Read the reviews...I too have become victim of this. I got up to find a charge on my account for *****. Besides the fact that now I have to manage my money to pay another bill because of this charge, I can not find anywhere on how to contact these scam artist's. This is ludicrous. This business is still signing customers up for memberships without providing receipts or acknowledgment of signing up. Terrible customer service with no way of talking to a person on the phone. Don't expect to get your money back either for a service you don't use or signed up for.

This is a horrible billing practice by the Corporation, I have not used the Car Wash in over 2 months and I have been trying to cancel online have not gotten emails and even when registered did not ask for confirmation of name. I am still waiting and have been blocking the debits from the account for over a month since I have moved out of state. Still they try to debit at 5 am every morning even though payment has not been made in a month...... Terrible billing and a waste of my time. Need Refund as there has been no use for... read more

It's 2021 and it's unacceptable to make it so difficult to Cancel a membership. I am still waiting for my email so I can set up a online profile to then cancel. I don't write this lightly but seriously, ** warned people do not set up a membership with them they will hold your $ hostage. "
