Marissa and the Rinse team are nothing but accommodating, kind and GREAT with hair. I came to them after moving here from Boston and was nervous to find a new stylist. After my first interaction with Marissa and her team I knew I had found the right place. She listened to my requests and even let me come in for touch ups to fine tune what I was looking for. Rinse is wonderful! I recently had my hair colored and cut by Lyss, and I am so pleased with the results! Lyss really took the time to figure out what I was hoping for and made it work. I wanted something a little more trendy but not super high maintenance, and I love what she has done with my color! She layered my hair in a way that made it easier for me to style and it just looks better overall. Had an amazing first experience at Rinse! Lyss welcomed me with enthusiasm. She spent time listening and discussing what I was seeking and how she’d achieve that. She gave me an excellent cut and beautiful, shiny, rich color. I felt so great walking out of there. 5 stars, I’ll be back for sure!!
Rinse salon is the best! Marisa has been doing my hair for years and even though Rinse is a 45 minute drive, it is 100% worth it. Marissa is extremely talented, timely, reliable, communicative and does an incredible job. Over the years, she has done an incredible job on highlights, full color, I even went pink at one point, and she never disappoints! I started seeing Marissa when I first moved to RI in 2018. She was cutting my nephews hair and I thought, "oh, I just need a quick update", and I've been seeing her ever since! Besides being an incredibly talented hair stylist, she is also a kind and generous human and it shows in the feel of her salon. My hair is curly and she does a beautiful job with it. Couldn't recommend her more.
