I started seeing Marissa at the beginning of this year after my previous stylist’s salon temporarily closed, and I’m so glad I found her. Living in Providence, it was a huge bonus to find someone so talented nearby. From my first appointment, she was incredibly accommodating with my IBE extensions and has done an amazing job every time, whether it’s move-ups, color, or adding new hair. There aren't enough positive things I could say about my experience at Rinse, especially about how incredible Marissa is. As someone who struggles to put into words exactly what I want my hair to look like, I came in with only a vague idea of wanting a natural, lived-in blonde. Highly recommend Marissa for color, the salon was very communicative when I reached out requesting a special formula and product brand for service. Marissa made sure she procured the product before our appointment. She’s very knowledgeable, kind, cool and delivered exactly what I asked for.
