Would charge extreme prices usually a full bag for over $100 of just clothing and returned my clothing SOAKING WET and DIRTY. I used them for 2 months consistently and now know they scam and send your clothes to shady laundromats. Horrible horrible company go to your local laundromat instead much easier and cheaper for the same services.

Horrible company. First and only time using them gave them 4 large bags of clothes. They returned my clothes all inside out and not folded properly. Had several items with stains that I told them about and they did nothing for stains and dried them in so now the clothes are ruined. Contacted them about this and they offered me $5 off my next order and didn’t refund my last bag I had paid for $75. You would have a better experience at literally any other place than this. Worst laundry service ever.

We’ve only used Rinse once successfully for dry cleaning. The second time we tried to use them for dry cleaning, we had our clothes picked up and dropped off days later - with no clothes dry cleaned or anything done to them! They literally just dropped off our same bag of clothes untouched. Fortunately we got refunded but it was disappointing and a real hassle to wait for nothing. We are now trying it for a third time. I’ve generally had reliable pickup experiences with Rinse before, even if a few orders had minor hiccups. In a recent order, my personal MUJI laundry bag went missing, though it had my name and address labeled on the outside. Rinse suggested a replacement, but the bag I received was a smaller, non-equivalent size. Ultimately, I was issued account credit for the loss, but this wasn’t clearly communicated upfront.
