Very nice great folding-neat and nice. Everything beautifully cleaned.
Not reliable if you need hypoallergenic laundry cleaning. Multiple times and back to back they will use fragrance and waste your time. They did however offer credits but it's only convenient when they actually do their job. I will be canceling and deactivating my subscription and account
I am delighted because I no longer have to lug my designer apparel for several city blocks only to push everything through a plexiglass window at a dry cleaner, hoping that they will do a great job. My experience has been that most don’t do a great job. However, RINSE has an excellent valet service for people like me who prefer someone to help them by professionally picking up and dropping off the laundry and dry cleaning.
