Love the service. Pickup is easy. Delivery as well. My clothes come folded beautifully and neat and separated in plastic bags. It’s just so fulfilling to see and be able to just put everything away. Definitely worth it.
A great laundry service and very professional. Also, they keep you informed and alert on every movement of your laundry clothing. I highly recommend them for their services in Midtown Manhattan, New York and very affordable price rates too, to go along with this review.
Update: They gave a totally false excuse as a reply to this review. I never used Hang Dry service. They just lost my stuff. Rinse has stolen a bag of my laundry, and has put me in customer service runaround for days. They charged me almost $200 to steal an entire bag of laundry. They even admitted they found the bag, and promised to return it. But they never did. Go with Poplin or any other service. At least they don't steal.
They shrank nearly every single item of clothing I entrusted to them — pieces that cannot be replaced. When I tried to resolve the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they buried me in obstacles: demanding photos of each damaged item, individual online links for every piece, and requiring me to ship everything back with no clear timeline for return. I had a great experience with Rinse. I brought in clothing with paint stains that my local dry cleaner was unable to remove, so I honestly didn’t have high expectations. However, Rinse went above and beyond — the stains were completely removed, and the garments came back looking like new.
