My Rinse experience was absolutely incredible. We will be doing this from now on and it will save us so much frustration with our laundry machines that don't work. I can't imagine how many people who are not capable of doing laundry due to stairs, a disability, etc who use this to take a load off their life. You guys are amazing. Thank you for your services!
I just got my dress, I never wore it, I wanted to wear it super fresh for the special occasion, and I got it from the Rinse in bad condition. Very poorly ironed, with deep creases and multiple snags in the fabric. The dress is new!!

Update: Hi Rinse, it is from YOUR business attaching receipt. I really wanted to like this place. I had about 13 items dry cleaned, but they attached thick pins to 2 pieces, which left holes and damaged the fabric. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since dry cleaning is supposed to help preserve delicate fabrics.
