Poorly run
I’ve been getting contacted frequently after having chosen to not create an account and requesting they delete my information. Although the team responded to my inquiry, they still have not deleted my info and continue to contact me.
If a laundry service is charging anything for laundry service shouldn’t they do it better than I can and with a smile? The folding from Rinse is atrocious, they ruined one of my favorite shirts - see photo below, clothes were wrinkled, and they never unfolded the cuffs on my jeans. Stated that I wasn't home never even got a knock on my door that's crazy do better will be going a different route
We always have problems with this company. We received our clothes with new stains, items that are not ours, and our laundry left at an unknown building. This is not worth the premium.
