Pathetic excuse for a company with arbitrary policies that it enforces without any remorse. Without any notice, they returned everything, completely unwashed, and had no interest in refunding me or correcting their error. In the past, half my clothing was still wet. Do not use Rinse; use Laundryheap instead!
By far the best laundry service you could ever ask for! Unbelievably professional and courteous service from start to finish. The sorting and folding is impeccable. Pleasant experience with drivers and office staff. WELL WORTH THE COST!
Rinse are very neat and careful with your clothes
Terrible service. Do not use. They use different and random delivery and pick up people like a food app delivery service so there’s no consistency and accountability. This resulted in me losing an entire bag of clothing because they “can’t find it”. They even tried to say that I only had one bag when I gave them two. I also had my pants they were dry cleaned damaged. The customer service people are the same. They ruined my cashmere sweaters. This is just one of them that shrunk to unrecognizable. These are expensive clothes. The other jackets I sent are as dirty as before.
