I’m new to Montclair and I researched for “highly rated” Dry Cleaner. Based on my conversation with one of the managers at Rinse, I decided to try them. BEST decision I could have made. He was knowledgeable, went above and beyond describing their service and what I can expect. I received a first time 20% discount. The valet who picked up my coates was on time, called me about 10 minutes prior to their arrival, was polite and professional. The bags they use for dry cleaning and laundry are high quality. A previous order was returned ripped and damaged (they did issue a refund). Most recently, a time-sensitive dry cleaning order for an important event had its delivery canceled at the last minute after the driver arrived and then realized the item had been left at the warehouse. No attempt was made to recover it. Reliability is the entire value proposition here, and this missed badly. I’m willing to update this review if the issue is resolved.

Too expensive and the wait is too long to get your laundry and the pick up hours are not flexible.

This Is First Time I've Ever Used A Laundry Service , And I Was Extremely Apprehensive To Handing Over My Clothing . When I Received My Clothing I Was Overwhelmed How They Washed , And Folded My Clothing . It Makes Me Feel Like Some Very Wealthy Person .
