I have used Rinse 3 times. Besides doing a great job, their notification as to when someone will be here and then the driver lets you know when he’s here they make it very easy to do this . Great customer service

I’ve used them when my dryer is down for the count. When they’re good, they’re very convenient, but when they’re bad, it’s a headache. I have always selected the unscented/sensitive detergent option. This last time, my laundry came back REEKING of intense perfumed detergent. I’ve washed my favorite bedsheets multiple times to no avail. I can’t use them and might have to throw them away. Avoid at all cost. I sent my shirts to get cleaned and they came back after 3 days as I sent them, dirty. The only warning was that one (or more) of my items couldn't be cleaned. Nobody mentioned that the ENTIRE load couldn't be cleaned and I'm not sure why, since the majority of them were just regular shirts. I texted with them explaining that, no response. As I mentioned, better to avoid.

My experience with Rince - Laundry went without hassles. The valets where on time. My laundry was quite a bit, the return was fantastic. Neatly folded, separated in bundles and ready to use. I will use them from now on! I will use the dry cleaning service next time as well!
