Amazing service. Always on time. Always gives you plenty of a heads up when they will arrive. Always folded nicely.
This was my first time using this, and my bag was lost. I’m currently not home all the time because of work so this was brought up to my attention and decided to give it a try. Pick up was great, the person picking up even called me to make sure to pick it up at the correct location. Drop off was my issue. I had received a picture of my bag being dropped off and an hour later i finally arrived home from working so see that there was no bag left behind. Not only is the service top 10, the honesty they have is incredible, there was money left in the laundry bag and they turned in every dollar I had, they are truly incredible, thank you for your service and your honesty.
