I only use Rinse occasionally, but I’m highly satisfied every time. The pricing is fair, pick up and drop off is always on time, and my clothes are always cleaned and packed beautifully.
I tried this service after our laundry room flooded. Not sure I can use them again as they somehow delivered and charged someone else’s laundry to me, which resulted in an evening of hassle and stress. Which is the opposite of what you want when paying extra for a premium service. :(
The space was modern and clean, and the staff was polite, but the service felt a little rushed and the results didn’t fully meet my expectations for the price. Not a bad place, but I think consistency and attention to detail could be improved.
