Absolutely the best. I've had numerous laundry services over the years and nothing even comes close. Not only are they unbelievably timely, convenient, and good at what they do, but they are also extremely attentive. I have had instances where I accidentally added in a very sensitive piece of clothing and they have reached out to me before washing to confirm, put the item in its own separate bag, and let me know that they could not wash it / they thought it would be wrong to wash it. Only one problem with Rinse. You have to be able to afford it. Otherwise the service is great! They come right to your apartment door. They showed me how to get all the laundry into one bag thus saving me money. Laundry comes back tightly folded and packed in clear plastic bags. I would like Rinse to do all of my laundry from now on. That's assuming I can afford it.
