I had a very disappointing experience with Rinse. I trusted them with a limited edition Canada Goose parka, and the item was returned uncleaned and damaged. The branded zipper label was torn off, leaving visible loose threads. While the zipper itself still works, this damage permanently affects the authenticity and resale value of a discontinued, limited edition jacket. I have used Rinse 3 times. Besides doing a great job, their notification as to when someone will be here and then the driver lets you know when he’s here they make it very easy to do this . Great customer service

I’ve used them when my dryer is down for the count. When they’re good, they’re very convenient, but when they’re bad, it’s a headache. I have always selected the unscented/sensitive detergent option. This last time, my laundry came back REEKING of intense perfumed detergent. I’ve washed my favorite bedsheets multiple times to no avail. I can’t use them and might have to throw them away. Avoid at all cost. I sent my shirts to get cleaned and they came back after 3 days as I sent them, dirty. The only warning was that one (or more) of my items couldn't be cleaned. Nobody mentioned that the ENTIRE load couldn't be cleaned and I'm not sure why, since the majority of them were just regular shirts. I texted with them explaining that, no response. As I mentioned, better to avoid.
