I’ve been using Rinse for about five years now. Honestly I’d rather do my own laundry but I can’t because of physical limitations. Rinse does a wonderful job. I get my laundry back the next day all neatly folded. The drivers are very nice and friendly, and customer service answers any questions very quickly. I highly recommend this service.
I guess the old saying is true: if a service seems too good to be true, it probably is. They lost my entire dry cleaning order, valued at over $2,000, and the issue remains unresolved. This has been incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. There is a reason trusted local dry cleaners have been in business for decades. Reliability matters, especially when you are handing over valuable personal items. I would not use this service again.
