We loved the service the provide great cleaning and made our 7 table covers look great again for our events. They are very accommodating with delivery changes. Do not recommend….. I was charged without my consent even though I asked over 10 times how much it would be….. I needed to know before consenting to the order and was NEVER told!!!! They just kept sending me their pricing table. I needed the exact weights and total. It was all withheld from me!! Also all the stuff was delivered blocking my whole door way so i couldn’t even get in. Happy to share the several emails and text messages corresponding with them regarding this matter.
Very easy to use, way better than going to a laundry mat. Happy with both the laundry and dry cleaning service. I had one issue with the dry cleaning and they immediately fixed and addressed the issue with out question.
After over 30 years in hospitality I have never been more impressed with an online service! The most impressive part is the personal attention, immediate correspondence and professionalism despite the service being run mainly through the app! I'm so grateful to my friend that recommended Rinse and I have recommended to several other friends already!
