about $60 total for roughly 18lbs of clothes ($3/lb then some fees) so its pricey but they did an excellent job- my clothes came back very clean, soft, smelling so nice, and folded and packed beautifully into clear plastic bags will definitely be using Rinse again but for special laundry rather than regular laundry just bc of the cost

This was my first experience with Rinse. Easy to schedule pickup and drop off. Reasonable rates. Excellent updates and prompt service.

Rinse is overall a solid laundry service. The pick up and delivery is consistent, accessible and easy to use. Only critique is that they don't clean white clothing well! All my whites have turned out yellow over the years (since 2022). They used to use bleach however not they only use OxiClean so my whites come out yellow or have gotten stained from their cleaning process. So I have to find another way to clean my whites, which is a bit of a hassle especially for what I pay for the service.

Do yourself a favor and do not use Rinse. We used this service several times out of desperation when our dryer broke. The first time everything seemed ok, then the service quality seemed to go downhill. The last time, many of the clothes were faded, with a rough texture and made our skin itch. They also destroyed all of the towels we received from our wedding registry- all the white towels came back either grey or with large dark blue stains on them.
