Worst service I've experienced from a service provider. Does not answer phone calls nor respond to email inquiries. Missed two pick-up requests and gave a nasty response when I was inquiring for a pickup timeframe.. I was forced to use it because the other laundry service provider I used closed down. If not, I wouldn't have chosen to use this place.
Absolutely amazing service from this company, We had some items that we needed cleaned on a one day rush. The company sent someone to pick up the items after business hours even though they had already done the days run to my area of the city. 24 hours later they delivered the items clean and fresh. There was a charge for the rush turnover and the extra pickup run but both charges were reasonable and in total it cost less than half of any other company we had contacted about our procrastination problem. Awesome service. They pick up clothes to clean at your home outside regular business hours (5:30 to 6:30pm), send a text notification beforehand to confirm delivery and arrive exactly on time. Three days later, they bring back the clothes fresh and clean.
