I’ve been spending my mornings at rinse and there is no better way to start my day. The instructors are great, and motivating. The community around the place is also an added bonus. If you’re thinking of trying it out, I highly recommend!
I've been going to Rinse for over 6 years and absolutely love it! I went from going 3-4 times a month to going 3-4 times a week. It's an incredible workout with a welcoming sense of community. I love the choreography and music that just lifts you up. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. They provide alternatives if you need a less intense workout. This is the only workout class I've ever gotten myself to attend regularly. The energy is so positive and the instructors are really thoughtful and knowledgeable. Plus it's a full body workout. I'm addicted!
