Every time I've been to this B&BW, I've been greeted with smiles and a cheerful disposition from the staff. They are helpful without being smothering, which can be rare to find when shopping in-person. They answered all of my questions without any judgment (i.e. stacking promotions, which they allow on most products) and their stock is better than most other B&BW, especially during their semi-annual sales. The store is always neat and they have nice presentations. Keep on doing what you are doing!

Great store with wonderful employees ready to help! I usually come in for candles but needed help with some mens items. Thank you, Ashley for the help. All of the guys in the family loved all of the scents!

B&BW is excellent at having employees acknowledge you when walking in, always asking if you need help, very polite, and the store is always well stocked. I also love that the highly rated products are available and they change out scents that don't sell as well, so there is always something new but can go with old reliable if necessary. I hate shopping but this is one store I prefer to go to verus ordering online. B&BW is the GOAT.

I will take this store over going to the mall any day! Smaller selection but the have the essentials and the staff is always welcoming.
