Terrible customer service if you have an emergency. I had a Rinnai hot water system installed in a rental property I own, and it stopped working in winter when the unit was under 10 years old and still under warranty!!! The tenant was angry and demanded rent reduction. We logged a service call with Rinnai to attend and explained to them the urgency of the situation. Rinnai hot flo hot water system gas is very poor, had warranty issues throughout, Rinnai warranty and customer care have been very difficult to deal with, I do not recommend
