This is a combined review of Rinnai and KNS. When our electric water tank and we were told by our first contact that it should be covered under warranty we were thrilled! Fast forward to the end and left with a very sour opinion. 1. Contacting Rinnai as the manufacturer, the girl who answered the phone literally wouldn't listen. She kept parroting her 'speech' and took repeating ourselves 4 times to get her to listen 2. Worst products!!! Spent huge money putting 3 big aircon units in parents place. Only for them constantly turning off showing errors P8. Do not waste your money!!!
If i could have I'd have put no stars for this rotten lying, arrogant, time wasting, deceitful company! DON'T ever get a Rinnai product especially an air con!!! They won't honour their warranty when you have trouble with the machine.
