Dr. Bhatia is sincere and takes her time to explain everything clearly. Her staff, however, are rude and incompetent. They do not know how to follow instructions, maintain patient information, and have no time or interest to help you. They don't follow the mask mandate and became belligerent when asked to correctly wear a mask. They lose patient information.
