SCAM. Booked through Zocdoc at 6am for a 10:15 appointment. Got a text saying I needed to confirm the appointment by calling the office. I called at 9am exactly when they opened. They then told me they don't have my appointment time available because I didn't confirm soon enough. I asked "How am I supposed to call earlier when you open at 9?". No answer. THEN I was told that I actually wasn't going to be seeing the doctor I had scheduled with. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.
Bait and switch! I booked with Dr. Shah on ZocDoc because her specialty sounded great. Then the practice called to say that I wouldn’t see Dr. Shah, I’d see some PA. (PAs are awesome providers - but I had researched and wanted to see Dr.Shah.) I cancelled through ZocDoc, but kept getting texts and calls saying I had an appointment. I called today to verify the cancellation- was told that the appointment was still scheduled. I explained why I wanted it cancelled - the woman HUNG UP on me! Called to ask a question regarding my first appointment and was met with so much attitude by the girl who answered the phone. She canceled my appointment without notifying me.
Booked through ZocDoc for a telemedicine appointment. I spoke with someone the evening before to confirm. They provided no instruction for how to take the call. I had to halt her from hanging up to ask how it works and she said “oh they’ll just send you a link and you can get right into the call” The next day Dr. Shah was late… and ended up not being Dr. Shah. No. She was extremely short & very judgmental when it came to my medication/ medication history. I was looking for a new primary to fill my prescriptions needlessly to say she will not be my future primary care. Do not recommend
