Called to ask a question regarding my first appointment and was met with so much attitude by the girl who answered the phone. She canceled my appointment without notifying me.
Booked through ZocDoc for a telemedicine appointment. I spoke with someone the evening before to confirm. They provided no instruction for how to take the call. I had to halt her from hanging up to ask how it works and she said “oh they’ll just send you a link and you can get right into the call” The next day Dr. Shah was late… and ended up not being Dr. Shah. No. She was extremely short & very judgmental when it came to my medication/ medication history. I was looking for a new primary to fill my prescriptions needlessly to say she will not be my future primary care. Do not recommend
Would not book again! Booked my appointment through zoc doc to consult Rinku Shah. Although the desk staff is wonderful and attentive, Rinku Shah double books herself which yields to big room wait times. I booked with Rinku Shah because her calendar looks surprisingly free- which was false in my case. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15am, and Rinku was out for the week so her PA picked up the slack.
