Clarkson Eyecare Worthington billed my visit to an insurance policy that isn’t mine. I’ve never had that coverage, and it’s unclear how my actual information was skipped. Mistakes happen, but errors like this make it hard to trust the practice.
Whole staff is amazing, Heather really helped me out with finding a pair of classes covered fully by my insurance and all the ladies were super helpful with keeping my toddler entertained!
