Clarkson Eyecare Worthington billed my visit to an insurance policy that isn’t mine. I’ve never had that coverage, and it’s unclear how my actual information was skipped. Mistakes happen, but errors like this make it hard to trust the practice. It also was hard to clear up. And where did my personal information go?
