acknowledge there is a potential customer. glasses are expensive even when you have insurance. the fact that no one acknowledged me in the store, I will find the designer frames I liked elsewhere.
RecommendedDr. Rosenthal is a terrific doctor and is very caring and attentive! And the staff are very friendly and their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend Rinkov Eyecare Centers!
Better hours, better customer service, a sense of urgency, simple communication. 17 days to get a pair of glasses is not acceptable. I will never go here again.
