Very professional and friendly staff Eye doctor was soo nice and informative they made me feel right at home
Rude front desk lady named Rosie I think made me wish we would’ve scheduled at the West location or anywhere else. I saw Dr Jordan as a patient about 3 to 4 years ago and recommended my fiancé go see him because it was such a positive experience. They were unable to pull up his insurance and when I tried explaining that the customer contact center had been able to verify it I was told I was being too intense…I had not even raised my voice at that point.
Most unprofessional office. Will charge you a fee if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, but has canceled my appointment six hours prior to my appointment twice now. Rude staff. Treated me like I was a child. Refuses to give a credit for canceling on me but when I had an emergency and cancelled last moment I was immediately charged.
