Called Rinker and got a return call from Bob P. the next business day. They were out of 15” concrete pipe at the time, but he let me know it would be restocked in about 2.5 weeks. I called back a month later and they had plenty in stock. I asked if I needed to reserve it or place an order ahead of time, and Bob told me there was no need — I could just stop in anytime during business hours.
