AVOID AT ALL COST Edit 22/8: in response to the business reply to this review. This is the same thing they emailed me on Fri 14th so they are yet to respond. They have also now posted my pets private data and notes without my consent. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here after VetLand had helped treat an animal from my workplace and we found them amazing and helpful. My experience here was less so. Advertised as 24 hours but not open. You can see previous reviews discussing the same and that sometimes there are no vets onsite - even though there are sick ICU patients? Poor care, poor management and overall poor communication.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Holly and the staff at Vetland. It was a very difficult and emotional visit, Dr Holly and the team treated us any my pet with the upmost respect and empathy. Dr Holly gave us time and the space to make a very difficult decision. Thank you so much for your care ♥️

I am absolutely furious with this clinic. I arrived at 11:20 pm with my dog, believing this was still a 24-hour emergency vet as advertised. I rang the doorbell over and over, but no one ever came. I ended up having to call from outside to find out they no longer provide 24-hour emergency services. There was no sign, no notice, nothing to warn desperate pet owners that help would not be available.
