I went there by recommendation to have them as my regular vet but they seem to treat everything like emergency and go for worst case scenario. I took my 6 months old puppy for diagnosis since she had been sneezing and reverse sneezing for 3 days and had low appetite on that day. The vet could have been a lot more thorough in her assessment by asking more questions. I tried but she did some basic checks and decided the puppy needs rhinoscopy which required sedation. The clinic is bright, open and inviting. The nurse was brilliant and the vet was very thorough. It is wonderful to know we have such a wonderful clinic available to us so close and 24 hours a day. Thank you to Ben and the nurses who helped me with my little distressed papillon.

The team here is amazing. Attentive and always there when you need them. The vets explain everything clearly and provide the necessary after care and instructions.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Hootan. I took my puppy in for a check-up and a full discussion about his health, and Dr Hootan was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to examine my puppy thoroughly, explained everything in a clear and reassuring way, and answered all my questions without rushing. You can truly see how much he cares about animals.
