Efficient and friendly
Being a private hospital, they dont have to adhere to patient nurse ratios like Public sector does. We found that there wasnt even a doctor there ever, even during business hours... ie, a doctor would come and VISIT once a day, and on call if there was an emergency... Maybe thats just cause its a small hospital. I wish my dad went public- and went to Peter mac... being bigger, they are going to have more modern and new cancer treatments.
