My mom and I both bought a vehicle from him. He is honest and doesn't push you on anything. Had both vehicles for about a year and no problems with either. When my mom purchased hers we brought it home and realized the radio wasn't working. ( was our fault, did not think about it and was worried about more mechanical things) we called Yousef and told him about it. He said to bring it in right away and they will have it fixed.
