Best experience i have had with contracted work. Upfront and straight forward pricing. Pay for materials and time. What a novel concept. Refreshing. His estimation was close. Friendly and took the time to explain the scope of work and plan. Other service providers would bill ahead of time on padded estimations and if they ran under they would pocket the excess.
