I hired Tom to do some electrical upgrades and repairs on my house. He excels in his work and in customer relations. For each problem I asked him to solve, he laid out various, sometimes novel options with their pros and cons and costs. The outcome was much better than I had anticipated before I talked with him. I highly recommend him for jobs big or small.

As we are new to the Ithaca area, we picked Tom Gudeman from Ringwood Electric based on his good reviews. It's important for us to have local contractors near our home. Tom was very organized and efficient in explaining the process and giving us different options to complete the job. The installation of the Reliance transfer switch and exterior 30 amp power inlet for our generator was done by someone who is very professional and who takes pride in his work.
