Stay away from this practice if your pet needs a surgery and they recommend over night stay Staff is not always there. They advertise as a 24 hour hospital Our dog had surgery and it was recommended he stay over night. We called to check multiple times only to find out no one was there for multiple hours. Asked Dr. Bernhardt why and his answer was they must have come in late. Great Vet Not even an apology for his staff that he schedules does not show up for work Re think before using this guy!

Stay away from this vet . Oud dog had surgery and it was recommended he stays over night When we called no answer called 6 more times no answer Midnight we receive a call our dog was dead We asked what happened their answer was we we left he was alive when the night shift came in he was dead Well this is a 24 hour hospital Personally asked Dr Bernhard why no one was their his answer was They must have come in late Not even an I’m Sorry

Stay away from this vet!! Do not take your pet here for an overnight procedure. Multiple times the animals have been left without anyone there Even though they advertise a 24 hour hospital. Very unprofessional

Highly recommend staying away from this vet. Advertises a 24 hour hospital But did surgery to our dog Locked up and had no staff there while our pet was supposed to be under surveillance When questioned his simple answer was night shift must have come in late Not even a sorry that our dog died while in his care with no staff present

Awful experience with this vet Do not leave your pet overnight as we did after surgery, called multiple times to check on our dog and no answer Our dog died, and when we asked what happened Dr Bernard put his head down and said he had no idea His night shift came in late and no one was there in his 24 hour hospital
