Quality of lawn work was decent. Communication was very poor. Despite regular bookings, did not notify he was not coming on 2nd visit, again on rebook. Does not understand that people want lawn mowed close before green bin pickup. Very friendly when coming to quote but that goes out the window on subsequent visits.
