Seriously, I had an appointment at 2pm on 07/15/2019 I waited for a whole hour for someone to get here. I have a baby and It was so inconvenient for me to wait inside my empty ready to move out apartment waiting. My husband called and they said to wait 20 minutes, seriously? They got us in quickly, got our stain out, freshened up some older carpet and came after hours to accommodate our business hours. Oh and reasonably priced! Very satisfied and will use them again in the future!

The crew that clean my carpet was very professional and respectful. They came on time and did a great job with the cleaning in a timely manner. I was very impressed and satisfied. Also the receptionist that contacted me the day before to confirm and verify my appointment was very respectful and polite. I especially liked the text message that give a the heads up that the crew was on the way 5's and 2's up from me.
