Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely rude over the phone cursing at customers who called with an inquiry. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Positives: tight bale, delivered when they said they would Negatives: Pine straw was old, dry and crumbling. As dirty as any I have ever gotten. Lots of wood, some greenery and very dirty. we are in the process of building a home and have gotten pine straw from 3 different vendors. Paid more for this pine straw than from the other 2 vendors and it did not live up to what their website promised.
I bought 50 bales of pine straw and was well pleased with my 50 bales. Nine months later it is still holding up as weed and grass control for my trees and natural areas in my yard.
