I haven't been there in a while... I was sick... the customer service is excellent and the people who work there are kind and so very helpful! Now that I have recovered, I will see them more own m often and I highly recommend them!!!
We were referred to this Rings End by Andersen corporate customer service to repair our Andersen 12' sliding glass door, a window crank and provide grilles on several windows. All Andersen premium products. From start to finish the work has been shoddy and unprofessional. For our kitchen window, we drove to their store with one of the grilles to make sure they had the correct dimensions for the one that they were making and they still ordered the wrong size.
