My customer ordered some bead board and cap for it to be delivered to her house on a Wednesday, never showed up Wednesday no phone call nothing. following day we called and they said they would be there at a specific time and I called to ask him when they would be here also and they said an hour, finally an hour and fifty minute's later they show up.
