Called in to ask a simple question- customer service rep was rude and not professional at all.
We selected Ring’s End for our kitchen renovation based on its reputation and recommendations. Throughout this project we have experienced repeated delays, missing or damaged materials, coordination problems between vendors, and significant communication issues.
