Called in to ask a simple question- customer service rep was rude and not professional at all.
We selected Ring’s End for our kitchen renovation based on its reputation and recommendations. Throughout this project we have experienced repeated delays, missing or damaged materials, coordination problems between vendors, and significant communication issues. Most concerning, I sent a detailed written email to store management outlining my concerns and requesting assistance. Joe Gulish provided exceptional customer service to help me (homeowner) design and order a custom Andersen window. He referred back to vintage paper catalogs to ensure the rough opening size for my large 1960's existing window would fit the type of new window I asked him to quote me. He was familiar with all of Andersen's custom order options and made thoughtful suggestions on upgrades and colors. I appreciate his experience and patience.
I haven't been there in a while... I was sick... the customer service is excellent and the people who work there are kind and so very helpful! Now that I have recovered, I will see them more own m often and I highly recommend them!!!
