On May 12th, we ordered a set of doorbells for our front doors. They were on display with all the other hardware they sell. They do not carry anything in store and consider everything they sell in the aisles, a "special order" even though it's straight from the catalog and nothing is custom ordered to your size or liking. We were never informed about the product and how it mounts. They only offered the Baldwin doorbells in a recessed mounting. We were not aware of this when he sold it.
