Horrible customer service. Couldn’t figure out how to align my truck. Left on hold for a hour
I had a bit of a mixed experience here, though there are definitely some strong positives. On the plus side, they were able to get me in on the exact same day, which I really appreciated. Across the board, their pricing is very fair: I got a good rate on a set of four tires, and their prices for a 4-wheel alignment ($99.95) and a 6-quart synthetic blend oil change ($108) are competitive.
