Had my vehicle brought in today for an all wheel alignment. They squeezed me in without an appointment but the first alignment was not correct at all I had to return and wait for my vehicle to be properly fixed. Other than that it's a decent shop im sure
Awesome experience! They knew what was wrong in the first couple minutes and fixed my Cadillac in a couple hours saving me tons of money and time! Great customer service!! Thanks so much Ringo guys!!
They charged me for 3 hrs labor but only work on my car for about an hour and a half. I timed the whole process. I sat in their lobby and kept walking outside to see what was being done, no one near my car. At 2.30 guy comes in for my keys, at 3.45 my car was done. So sad that business is so bad you do that to customers
Bottom line: For routine service and minor repairs, this location is okay. They are NOT equipped for complex troubleshooting.
