very happy with service received today. resolved my problem and didn't try and upsell at all. good people!
Terrible place, don't know what they're talking about, had to argue with them about getting a tire balanced they wouldn't do it trying to say tire was bad etc even though it was new and guy ended up saying it balanced perfectly, and they couldn't even get 2 other vehicles alignment right worse then when was dropped off and they didn't tighten bolts up
Horrible customer service. Couldn’t figure out how to align my truck. Left on hold for a hour
I had a bit of a mixed experience here, though there are definitely some strong positives. On the plus side, they were able to get me in on the exact same day, which I really appreciated. Across the board, their pricing is very fair: I got a good rate on a set of four tires, and their prices for a 4-wheel alignment ($99.95) and a 6-quart synthetic blend oil change ($108) are competitive.
