Impossible to speak to anyone, cannot submit an online enquiry or book appointments, get medical records etc... completely useless
The practice went down completely. To make an appointment, you need to stay on the phone for an hour, and then they will tell you you need to fill out the form online. Finally, you will receive a call (not even face to face appointment), but you need to wait nearly a month just for a call from a doctor. That's totally a joke. Shame you can't give 0 stars. Avoid!Avoid!Avoid!
When you get to speak to a person, receptionist, nurse, or Dr, they are fantastic. Covid boosters and flu jabs are very well organised and easy. However, repeat prescription process time is shocking. Can take weeks and multiple chases, then you can end up with all items even if only requested one! Similar story for any letters to Dr from consultants, it can take far more than the advised few days and some chasing to get follow-up.
Impossible to get an appointment. Number 10 in the queue, took 30 minutes to be answered. Wouldn't offer anything to help despite my 86 year old dad having severe mobility issues. Mum doesn't drive, so they can't get him to the surgery. But because he's not listed as housebound, unable to help. Absolutely useless GPs- avoid at all costs.
Just not fit for purpose. Virtually impossible to get an appointment or a prescription! Your answerphone message suggest you use your online consultation form however these seems to be permanently switched off.
