Jeremy helped me to create a mother’s ring. The whole process, which involved choosing gemstones then deciding on the setting and reviewing the cad images, took several weeks. They were very patient as I’ve never had a custom piece of jewelry made. I’m very happy with the end result! The customer service in general at Ring Master is exceptional, whether you’re spending a lot or making a more modest purchase.
Stopped in while touring Reynolda Village. Absolutely very friendly staff and beautiful store with all sorts of jewelry from custom to design to actual have your own idea designed by working with professional jewelers on site. Lots of unique quality designed pieces and unique name brand jewelry. We made a couple quality purchases and have other items in mind we will definitely be returning to purchase!
Experience with RingMasters was the best I’ve had with any jeweler. My girlfriend and I were warmly greeted and helped very quickly on what we were looking for.
