Contacted them regarding getting some replacement hinges for 6 year old cabinets installed when building, prompt and helpful responses and even gave me all replacement hinges at no cost. Thank you!
Unfortunately, we had our kitchen cabinets done by this company, not because I selected them but because Summit Homes uses them, not a surprise given the amount of incompetent contractors they employ. Our nightmare started before handover on a site visit when we noticed our kitchen cabinets had horrible white marks on them, raised the concern with the building supervisor who assured us it was only dust and after a good clean it would go away. The staff that I've dealt with (won't name names) mustn't know much about there jobs or how to install/make cabinets.. got an email asking to confirm join location.. you have signed plans to go off.. do your job, if you don't know how to make cabinets and follow plans that's a worry
