Such a rad shop with stellar customer service. I've been here many times and recently rented their Specialized Alibi for a week and had the best time. The shop also recommended a bunch of group rides to me as well. Great people and an awesome shop :)
Bought bikes and accessories for the whole family. We had a lot of questions and of course with our two young ones trying everything out, we were there for quite a while. They were very professional and never once tried to hurry us along. I own a small business myself and appreciate good customer service skills like they displayed today. Great service from some knowledgeable folks. I came into town for a business trip and the urge to ride bit me, so I rented a nice road bike from them and took it for a spin to Anna Maria Island. They were very helpful and even had a 63cm Specialized in the back that fit my tall frame perfectly.

We ventured to many bike shops before landing at Ringling. We were very satisfied by the prompt help and their willingness to share information. I was even told some things would be cheaper online then in their store but chose to purchase from Ringling due to their professionalism and no hassle sales approach. We will be back and highly recommend, service is always key and the surrounding bike shops should take note. Good job fellas!
