I recently bought a car for my mother from the chaps here and had a great experience. Howard was the salesman I had initial interactions with and he was easy to talk to and extremely helpful, I mentioned I felt the brakes needed addressing on the car and they were changed with no fuss. I purchased a car from Ringley a few months ago, and though the sale and delivery were seamless and staff were kind and helpful, I ran into some serious issues with them once it became clear the car was not fit for purpose. Bought a used MG4 EV from here and found the process relaxed, with no pressure from salesman. Had a test drive, agreed a price, and pointed out a couple of scuffs and a tiny dent which they promised to fix as best they could. Car was delivered in a few days and looks as good as new.
